Training Leaders

From the days of Sarah and Abraham to this day, Jews look to our leaders to guide our sacred communities, speak moral truth to power, and examine the teachings and traditions of our ancestors. Today, the URJ trains individuals to lead their communities and prepares the next generation to advance the Reform Movement.
