To achieve their goals, thriving communities need strong leaders to provide vision and leadership. The URJ offers unique, values-centered leadership development by equipping individuals with the tools and resources they need to truly lead and offering them opportunities to grow.

 

In 2017, the URJ offered two identical Scheidt seminars for congregational presidents and doubled the size of the Consultation on Conscience. In addition, we saw a record number of attendees at leadership training sessions at NFTY Convention and the URJ Biennial. Many others participated in fellowships and focused leadership experiences.
